The Mourning Garden — Victorian Flower Meaning Printable Art Collection

Description

A garden where every flower remembers.

The Victorians gave flowers a language all their own—one capable of expressing love, grief, remembrance, sorrow, and farewell when ordinary words were not enough.

The Mourning Garden Collection gathers all nine vintage-inspired botanical prints into one beautifully macabre collection, exploring the darker side of Victorian floral symbolism and the flowers traditionally associated with memory, mourning, loss, and enduring love.

Designed as a coordinating 8×10 series, the prints can be displayed together as a dramatic botanical gallery wall, arranged in smaller groupings throughout the home, or used individually wherever something beautifully peculiar belongs.

The complete collection includes nine Victorian botanical prints:

• White Lily — Eternal Rest
• Chrysanthemum — A Life Remembered
• Forget-Me-Not — Faithful Memory
• Purple Hyacinth — In Sorrow
• Mourning Rose — Love Endures
• Poppy — Peaceful Sleep
• Carnation — I’ll Never Forget You
• Scabiosa / Mourning Bride — I Have Lost Everything
• Cyclamen — Goodbye Forever

PLUS two bonus coordinating prints:

• Language of Mourning — The Mourning Garden, a bonus 8×10 botanical print inspired by the Victorian tradition of expressing grief and remembrance through flowers.
• The Mourning Garden — Victorian Flower Meaning Key, a coordinating 8×10 reference print featuring all nine flowers and their symbolic meanings.
