Catholic Homebody sells primarily digital products, including printable files, planners, homeschool resources, artwork, and other downloadable materials.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, Catholic Homebody does not typically offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased or accessed.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product meets your needs.

When We Will Help

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact Catholic Homebody.

We are happy to help with issues such as:

  • receiving the wrong file
  • a corrupted or unusable download
  • missing pages or files
  • duplicate purchases made by mistake
  • technical issues related to accessing your purchased download

If Catholic Homebody determines that a file is defective or incomplete, we will provide a replacement or corrected file when appropriate.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact Catholic Homebody as soon as possible.

Duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund at Catholic Homebody’s discretion.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for:

  • changing your mind after purchase
  • deciding you no longer need the product
  • purchasing the wrong product without first reviewing the listing
  • failing to read the product description
  • differences in printer output, paper, ink, screen display, or personal printing setup
  • difficulty using third-party software or equipment
  • dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference

Printing and Color Variations

Digital files may appear slightly different on different screens, printers, paper types, and printer settings.

Catholic Homebody cannot guarantee exact color matching between the digital file and your printed result.

For best results, follow any printing recommendations included with the product.

Physical Products

If Catholic Homebody begins offering physical products in the future, those products may be subject to separate return and refund terms stated on the applicable product page or shipping policy.

Order Cancellation

Because digital products may be delivered automatically after payment, orders generally cannot be canceled once processing or delivery has begun.

If you believe you placed an order in error, contact Catholic Homebody as soon as possible.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact Catholic Homebody before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases.
